Refer-a-friend Terms
Referral eligibility, invite handling and account credit rewards

These terms apply to Electric's Refer-a-friend programme for resident DJs. They apply in addition to our Platform Terms, DJ Terms, Guest Mix Terms, CORE Residency Terms and PRO Residency Terms where relevant.
1. Eligibility
Refer-a-friend is available to active paying CORE and PRO resident DJs. Former residents, inactive residents, community DJs, guest DJs and internal/test accounts are not eligible unless Electric confirms otherwise in writing.
2. Referral consent
You must only refer someone if you have permission to introduce them to Electric and for Electric to contact them about The Electric Guestmix. You must provide accurate first name, last name and email details.
3. Invite links
Referral invite links are unique to the referred DJ and expire after 28 days. Electric may block repeated invites to the same email address while an active invite exists. Electric may allow admin overrides where appropriate.
4. Launch rewards
The launch reward is account credit:
- £10 account credit after the referred DJ's qualifying Guest Mix date has passed
- £30 additional account credit if the referred DJ joins a PRO residency and completes their first qualifying PRO residency slot
Rewards are account credit only and are not cash payouts. Rewards are subject to admin approval before credit is applied.
5. Qualifying milestones
No reward is paid for missed slots, unpaid bookings, cancellations, rejected applications, no-shows, duplicate or ineligible referrals, or incomplete milestones. Postponed slots qualify only after the rescheduled qualifying date has passed.
6. Account credit
Where possible, approved rewards are applied as Stripe account credit to the referring resident's billing account. If automatic credit is unavailable, Electric may process or review the credit manually.
7. Programme changes
Electric may change, pause or withdraw the Refer-a-friend programme, reward amounts, eligibility rules or fraud controls at any time. Existing referrals remain subject to Electric's review and approval.
